Dennis DeLaughter is the President of
Progressive Farm Management Inc. and holds an
MBA from Texas A&M with an undergraduate degree in Agricultural
Economics. A licensed floor trader on the Chicago Board of Trade
and a member of the Mid-American Commodity Exchange in Chicago, he
manages over 5,000 acres of rice and grain farmland in South Texas.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of several rice and
agribusinesses in the area.He is an accomplished speaker and has been
featured at conferences across the United States. He was the
recent Keynote speaker at the National Tillage conference in Mississippi
and a Texas Bankers
Association Conference in San Antonio. He conducts marketing seminars on
futures as well as marketing and business plans for farmers.
His wife is an attorney for Fulbright and
Jaworski in Houston and they have two married children.
